You need to believe in your business plan while being realistic about the challenges ahead. A well-thought-out plan gives you direction and the determination to keep pushing forward when things get tough.
Business description, startup and operating costs, revenue goals, cash flow, potential customers and freight lanes, and an emergency fund.
Decide whether to lease on or operate under your own authority.
You should understand your business plan well enough to explain it confidently without referring to your notes.
